Therapy rooted in compassion, clarity, and meaningful growth.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions, creating a supportive space where healing feels grounded, collaborative, and personal.
Therapy for Trauma, Depression,
and Anxiety
What if you could see yourself through a lens of care and compassion? It's possible to move forward with clarity, heal from what's been weighing you down, and find real hope for what comes next. That's what this work is about, and I'd be honored to be part of it.
Ways We Can Work Together
Frequently Asked Questions
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Here are answers to a few common questions about working together.
-
Fill out the contact page, schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation, or book your first appointment. Taking that first step takes courage and I'm here to make it as easy as possible.

I am not in-network with any insurance providers, but I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement as an out-of-network provider.
It's worth calling your insurance provider ahead of time to ask about your out-of-network benefits for outpatient psychotherapy. Common billing codes include: 90791, 90834, 90846, and 90847.

Yes. Virtual therapy sessions are available for clients throughout Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

Therapy looks different for everyone, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer. After getting to know you and understanding your goals, I can offer a more personalized recommendation. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work. Others continue through different seasons of growth and healing.
-
The first session is really about getting acquainted. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, begin to explore your history, and start identifying your goals for treatment.
There's no pressure to share everything at once - the most important thing in that first session is that you feel comfortable and heard.
-
That's more common than you might think and it's okay. You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. A free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure way to ask questions, get a feel for whether we're a good fit, and take one small step at your own pace.
-
Yes. This is an area I work in with both experience and care. If your teen is struggling with self-harm or suicidal ideation - or if you're an adult navigating these experiences yourself - please don't hesitate to reach out. These are some of the most frightening things a person or family can face, and you deserve support from someone who won't flinch from the hard stuff. You are not too much. Your child is not too much.
Why choose Bloomwell?
